Order Process - Celtic Miners Limited

Prior to completing your order, there are important queues to understand in our order process. To complete your order and receive the products, there are a few critical steps the order will have to go through.

Here are the stages you will see your order go through once you place it.

Stage 1: Pending Payment

Initially, your order will be placed in [Pending Payment] status. During this stage, we will collect all the information needed to complete the order

A: Payment: We currently accept payment in BTC, LTC, USD wire transfer, Venmo, Zelle Apple Pay, Google Pay. Each of these payment methods has their own process.

BTC/LTC :

Crypto payments are only available for 1 hour from when the order is placed. Due to the volatility of crypto currencies, we have only a short window to process the payment and transfer it to our suppliers to ensure all parties are at the same crypto price value. Any products not paid for within this timeframe will be canceled and they will have to be replaced.
USD Wire Transfers :

After your order is placed you will not immediately receive the wire transfer information. Due to the volatility of the hardware market, you will FIRST receive an email requesting your acknowledgment that the price is only available for 24 hours from when the order is placed. YOU MUST RESPOND to this email to receive the wire transfer information. Please email the confirmation number to us as soon as payment is sent. Once payment has been sent the order will move to the [Processing] queue.
Paypal :

Due to Paypal’s terms and conditions relative to Crypto mining exchanges we require a bit of KYC on our end before fulfilling a Paypal transaction.
You will need to email us a picture of you holding a driver’s license or passport to info@celticminersltd.us This information should match that of your Paypal account. You can black out sensitive information on the ID (i.e. Driver’s license number), but the name and address must be visible. Once received, we will quickly process the order. The order will be refunded if we do not receive this within 24 hours. Note: All Payment should be made as friends and family because of paypal’s crypto vendor policies.
Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay:

These payment pieces of information will be emailed once an order has been confirmed.

Stage 2. Processing

In the [Processing] stage, the order moves to the shipping and logistics team. Shipments are sent from our warehouse to the carrying partner. At this time, you will be notified that the order has shipped. Additional shipping details are not available until the package clears customs, typically within 2-5 business days. Once the product leaves we will receive new shipping updates and email them to you immediately. Orders are typically received within 5-7 business days.

Other Possible Queues

[On Hold] : In the event we need additional information or we are unable to validate information provided, you will be notified by email about the current status and reasoning. You have 24 hours to respond before the order is cancelled and must be replaced.

[Cancelled] : No payment was received for the order. The order will not be fulfilled in anyway and no payment is attached to it. OR payment was received outside of the automated time limit for crypto payments. If a payment is received outside of this timeframe, the payment will be manually confirmed and the order will be processed at a sale’s representatives soonest available time.

[Refunded] : The order amount has been refunded due to the product being out of stock by the manufacturer.

[Failed] : Payment was attempted but was not transacted by either party. A bank must be contacted and the order replaced.
