All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you are not in when the delivery arrives, a card will be left and you can rearrange the delivery on an alternate date. All of the deliveries are done by DHL, UPS, or FedEx standard and express delivery service.

Ready-to-ship items are shipped out the next day after payment is received.

DHL and Fedex offer the additional facility of rearranging delivery dates by email or text. On the morning that your order is due to be delivered, you will receive a text/email giving a 1hr delivery time slot (e.g. 9:30 am to 10:30 am). If this time/date is not convenient, you can immediately postpone delivery to another date by replying to the message.

Some of the equipment that we distribute is very expensive and if you would like to purchase extra shipping insurance in case of a damaged or lost parcel. It will cost an additional 1% of the total value of the product. Please contact sales@celticminersltd.us about this inquiry.

Collection in our warehouse also is available by arranging a pickup date.
